C.J. Reuter is a 17 veteran of the online recruitment market. He is currently the director of enterprise accounts and client success at Work4, the leading social recruiting solution provider, which leverages Facebook and other social websites to target relevant candidates and match them to employer's open positions.

C.J. has global experience in technology sales, sales leadership, and client success delivery in the Internet and technology services field, with a focus on the recruitment and staffing industry. He has a background in selling HR and talent system software, SaaS HR services, targeted media, and recruitment consulting solutions (domestically and globally).

C.J. was one of the first 100 employees hired at Monster.com landing a sales role in 1997. After learning more about enterprise sales, he grew his career into management at Monster.com, eventually holding the position of director, global accounts, upon leaving to join Work4 in early 2012.
